Made to order Ordering, Process & Shipping Policy

**Please note that due to variations amongst computer monitors, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

PLEASE NOTE: All items in this collection need to be checked out separate from other items on the website. If they are placed in the same order with ready to ship items, your ready to ship items will be delayed. 

Please read each item description carefully before you place your order. 

Personalization is typed exactly how it is stated in your notes at checkout. Please double check spelling of Names - Initials & Monograms make sure they are typed exactly as you want them and in the order that you want them.

Example 3 letter monograms are typed as:

First Name as First Letter

Last Name as Second Letter

Middle Name as Third Letter

(Lexi Faith Strain would be LSF)

Estimated Turnaround Time:

Advertised Embroidery Tee Designs: Estimated turnaround time varies per item/per release and is located in the description of each item at the time of purchase. Please take note of this at the time your order is placed. Average estimated processing time is 7-15 Business Days (does not include weekend days, holidays or other off shop days -other off shop days will be listed on our calendar located on the main menu of the website) from the date your order is paid - Orders are made as fast as possible. Turnaround time is based off of the amount of pending orders, in stock supplies and in stock blank shirt/clothing items. We kindly ask that you please wait to contact us on the status of your order until after the estimated turnaround time. Turnaround time includes shop processing time to complete your order - please allow additional time for shipping (to receive item in hand).

📫We Pre-Print ALL RELEASE order Shipping Labels in bulk at the time we print orders - tracking may not update right away. Delays in processing time may occur and will be posted to our Shipping Calendar located on the main menu of the website. We will ALWAYS update on any delays. 

We release new designs to the website weekly or bi-weekly - please note there may be an overlap when releasing new designs. 

To better understand our Embroidery Tee & other made to order item(s) processing system here is what you can expect:

  1. Blanks are ordered in bulk weekly or biweekly depending on the amount of pending orders. 
  2. When bulk orders arrive, we organize the blanks with each order.
  3. For Embroidery: Templates are designed and T-Shirts are prepped for Embroidered then each T-shirt is Stitched separately - this can take LOTS of time with large amounts orders.
  4. Shipping Labels are printed for each order - labels are printed in bulk.
  5. Orders are then moved to our pressing area. Pressing of all orders can take up to 3-7 business days depending on the amount of orders and other business duties needed to be taken care of. Please keep this into consideration when waiting for your tracking to update. Tracking for graphic tee orders may take 3-7 business days to update depending on the pressing time needed for bulk orders.  

Embroidered Tee T-Shirt Blanks are ordered after your order is placed and it is possible that at any time t-shirt blanks can be placed on back-order and may delay the standard Embroidered tee turnaround time.

EMBROIDERED TEE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine Wash Cold, Gentle or Delicate Cycle.

Mild Detergent

No Fabric Softener

DO NOT IRON ON GLITTER FABRIC

Lay item flat to dry/Hang to dry

***DO NOT PLACE EMBROIDERED TEE ITEMS IN THE DRYER.

Discounted Tees: Discounted Tees May have minor imperfections. 

Custom Orders: Estimated turnaround time will be discussed at the time of purchase. Turnaround time will depend on the size of order, type of design, item colors/sizes. Custom orders will include an additional $5 fee.

A Custom link will be set up on the website for you to purchase your custom order.

Care and Washing instructions will be included with each order.
